Lindt Candy

Lindt candy is home to not just its own brand of fine chocolates, but also the Lindor brand. It was founded in 1845 and eventually passed onto the sons of co-founder Rudolf Sprungli-Ammann. The Lindt line focuses on block chocolates that come in dozens of flavors (including wasabi, one that you have to try to believe) while the Lindor line focuses on flavor-filled truffles. As part of the company's expansion they acquired Ghiradelli, one of the most recognized names in American chocolate, and Russel Stover Candies.
